CARBONFİBER TUBES
Carbon fiber tubes are used in various industries due to their lightweight, durability, and high strength. In the aerospace industry, they are used in aircraft fuselages, wings, rotors, rockets, and spacecraft. Their lightweight improves fuel efficiency and performance. In the automotive industry, carbon fiber tubes are used in car chassis, sports car bodies, brake discs, and steering systems.
The combination of lightweight and high strength can enhance the performance of military equipment. Layers of carbon fiber tubes are produced in both 0° and 90° directions to achieve maximum strength, providing them with high strength in addition to the classic appearance of carbon fiber.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND APPLICATION AREAS OF CARBON FIBER TUBES
Our 3K twill woven carbon fiber tubes are manufactured using advanced composite production techniques, targeting high mechanical performance, dimensional stability, and long service life. Thanks to their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, they offer significant advantages over traditional metal tubes in weight-critical engineering applications.
Material Structure and Technical Properties
• 100% carbon fiber reinforcement
• 3K twill woven structure
• Epoxy-based prepreg resin system
• Glass transition temperature (TG): 120°C
• Fiber orientation: 0° (axial) and 90° (hoop)
The laminate layup is engineered to withstand axial loads, bending, and torsional forces by optimizing fiber orientations. This design ensures high performance under both static and dynamic loading conditions.
Manufacturing Technology
Our carbon fiber tubes are produced using 100% epoxy prepreg materials. After the curing process, calibration procedures are applied to achieve precise dimensional tolerances. This ensures consistent mechanical properties, homogeneous fiber distribution, and superior surface quality.
Surface Finish and Protection Options
The 3K twill woven structure provides the characteristic carbon fiber aesthetic. Upon request, UV-resistant clear coating can be applied to protect against sunlight, marine salt exposure, and harsh environmental conditions, ensuring long-term surface durability.
Application Areas
Widely used in aerospace, automotive and motorsports, marine applications, sports and performance equipment, structural reinforcement, industrial engineering, and defense-related systems requiring high strength and low weight.
Manufacturing Capability
With our advanced production infrastructure, we manufacture carbon fiber tubes in various diameters and lengths up to 3 meters. Beyond standard products, we provide project-specific engineering solutions, delivering true manufacturer-level expertise rather than simple supply.
